Shipping Policy
At bundle baby co., we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shipping experience. We offer free shipping for all our subscription boxes. Our team carefully packages your box and ships it out within 2-3 business days of the 20th of each month. Our gift bundles ship in 2-3 business days, and we also offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost. Return & Exchange Policy
We at bundle baby co. want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your bundle for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your box. We'll be happy to provide you with a refund.
Please note that for our bundles and gift boxes, we only accept returns of the entire box, and for products, they have to be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging and in mint condition. There are a handful of products we can't accept returns for (sorry about that), which are so noted on the product page. Hygiene items like diapers and wipes are the most common.
The amount of the return will be for the value paid for the product(s) sent back minus any discounts. And we can't issue a credit or refund for initial shipping charges – sorry!

What Is the Return and Cancellation Policy?
A note from our family to yours….
As a small, sustainable and parent-led company we offer a 14-day window for returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in / unused.
Please review the following before submitting a return:

We do not accept returns on clearance or final sale items.

Item(s) must be in the original condition as they were at the time of delivery and all original packaging must be included.

There are items that are not eligible for return, for hygienic purposes.
To initiate the refund process please complete the below form.
After 14 days, you assume full responsibility and liability for the product.
Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds on boxes and bundles. The boxes and bundles must be returned in their entirety.
Haven’t Received a Refund Yet?
If you are expecting a refund and haven’t received it, feel free to contact us at support@bundlebabyco.com.
There’s a good chance your refund has been issued and your bank or credit card company has not yet posted the credit (usually takes 3-5 business days), but we’re happy to provide you with a status update on our end.

Cancellation Policy
If you decide to cancel your order, no problem! Just let us know before the 6th of the month and we will issue you a refund. It may take 3-5 business days to process the refund. This gives you a grace day in case you forget to skip or cancel!
If you placed your order within the last 24 hours, we will issue a refund via your original payment method if your order has not been picked up or shipped.
If you choose to cancel after 24 hours and your order has not been picked up or shipped, we will issue you a refund via store credit, minus a $10 restocking fee.
If you choose to cancel after 24 hours and your order has been picked up or shipped, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Our Response to Recalled Items
We closely monitor recalled items. We stay up-to-date on all product recalls and closely track recalled items.
We always keep a close eye on the Consumer Product Safety Commission's recall list.
Items We Don’t Sell
We don't sell products that science tells us don't work, or are dangerous for children. Keeping your child safe is a priority.
