This box is curated for parents and caregivers who love product solutions, and high-quality baby and toddler products. It's ESPECIALLY wonderful for new parents, who may not know about all of the wonderful products on the market, but with new innovations coming out every day, this subscription is great for any parent or caregiver who loves high-quality and high-utility solutions!

You should always expect full-size products that are ready to be incorporated into your parenting routines. We won't send you samples (unless they are just add-ons).

As often as we can, we shoot for sending you LESS. We'd rather send 1-2 high quality items vs a bunch of little things, just to meet a "quota." While this really depends on the theme, you should generally expect $49 boxes to have around a $70 value, and $99 boxes to have around a $140 value.

Yes! If the bundle of the month won't work for you, feel free to skip or cancel at any time!

We accept returns for most boxes and products within 14 days of an order. For gift boxes and bundles, we only accept returns of the entire box or bundle, and they have to be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging and in mint condition. There are a handful of products we can't accept returns for (sorry about that), which are so noted on the product page. These mostly include diapers, wipes, and other hygiene related items. The amount of the return will be for the value paid for the product(s) sent back minus any discounts. And we can't issue a credit or refund for initial shipping charges – sorry! Shipping is FREE for all bundle baby co. subscription boxes within the United States. For international orders, shipping fees will vary depending on the destination country and the weight of the box. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. For all other items, shipping is a flat fee of $7.95. There's always free shipping when you spend $100 or more!

We ship once each month on the 20th of the month. "WHY DO YOU HAVE WEIRD SHIPPING", you ask? We polled our parents over at Super Definitely Average Moms and found 81% of moms said they have more time than money, so we tried to think of innovative ways to get families the very best products at the very lowest prices. Ordering and shipping once per month allows us to have huge cost savings that we can pass on to you, as we save on shipping and staffing. That money goes right back in your pocket.
